Edith Cowan University (ECU) is a multi-campus institution, offering undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Perth and Bunbury, Western Australia. ECU-ASF Scholarships ECU supports the ASF initiative to enhance the management and accountability of not-for-profit organisations by offering up to four places for study in a Graduate Certificate program. The opportunity is for full-time or part-time study in 2012. The objective of this scholarship is to enable members of charitable organisations to undertake postgraduate studies in the programs of:
There are up to four scholarships available and each scholarship pays for 65-100 per cent of tuition fees for the course being undertaken. Preferred not-for-profit organisations eligible for 100% scholarship include those with programs that maximise the education prospects of current and future generations of young people and/or creating employment readiness training and work experience opportunities for the long-term unemployed. All not-for-profits may apply. |

Selection CriteriaThe Scholarship is awarded jointly by ASF and ECU to applicants who are Australian citizens employed by a not-for-profit charitable organisation and whose completion of the Graduate Certificate would, in ASF?s view, benefit their employing organisation. Selection is based on applicants meeting ECU entry requirements for the nominated program and endorsement from the respective charitable organisation. |
