MFB Participant Comments:

"I participated the Meikle Files Leadership program four years ago. It was the single most outstanding self-development program I’ve seen. From challenges to my personal beliefs and values, to inspirational and practical thinking about leadership skills, to insightful frameworks for high performance organisations and systems, this program had it all, and I have applied my learnings in many different contexts since. If you get the chance – go; if you get to go, invest yourself in it and you will reap the benefits." Andrew Young, CEO at The Centre for Social Impact (2009 participant)

"This is a fantastic program for people who want to push themselves and their team to achieve high performance." Doug Taylor, CEO at United Way Australia (2010 participant)

"The importance of having a clear focus on high performance helped me understand that every time an issue that was not achieving high performance was let to pass you get one step closer to being ' beige' - and no organisation becomes successful by being beige!" Jane Meyer Tucker, CEO of Good Beginnings Australia (2011 participant)

"Working with Andy and his team has opened up new leadership territory that I had not fully appreciated before. It gave me key insights into what drives people to improve and why and how people change. The greater understanding of the cause/effect of my actions gave me the courage and confidence to take significant action in the areas where I had previously been tentative. Now I am much sharper in my expectations of people and also what I do about it when those expectations are and are not met. This has had a number of important effects on my people managers: performance standards are rising, we are more confident in the way we are dealing with customers, we don’t ‘hide behind bushes’ so much anymore, and more people are asking to take on harder challenges – in fact they’re demanding it."

"The program has been challenging and insightful, it has given me the tools to constantly and consistently improve."

"Highly challenging, engaging and confronting."

"I'm confident I'm a much better leader and demonstrate this in my leadership and the way I'm developing my team."

"My decision cycle time has decreased and I have increased my confidence that the decisions I have taken are the correct ones."
