Bankwest Foundation Community Leader Scholarship Program:Australian Scholarships Foundation (ASF) has partnered with the Bankwest Foundation to assist us in our mission of strengthening the not-for-profit sector through education and training opportunities. The Bankwest Foundation was established in 2013 with a mission to improve the well-being of Australians by enabling the implementation of significant and meaningful community initiatives in Western Australia and nationally. Commencing September 2014, the Bankwest Foundation has funded a $1 million Community Leader Scholarship Program for directors and leaders of community organisations in Western Australia. These scholarships, facilitated by Australian Scholarships Foundation (ASF), were for education and training programs provided by ASF’s Education Partners. Click here to read the media release.  Bankwest Foundation Social Media Grant Scholarships:The Bankwest Foundation Social Media Grant Scholarships are awarded to charitable not-for-profit organisations in Western Australia to develop their social media strategy for long-term impact. The grants give 10 NFPs in WA access to $12,974 worth of social media training over a 12 month period, and have the added aim of building awareness, fundraising and a strong volunteer workforce for participating organisations. The Grant program (otherwise known as 'Gain and Retain') is delivered by Hancock Creative, an award-winning creative agency in Perth, who have specifically designed this program - in collaboration with the Bankwest Foundation and Australian Scholarships Foundation - to help not-for-profits in an area they need it most.
